Farm House & Annex
If you are looking for a property that can handle a large group like a family reunion or a large gathering of friends, this is the best option for you. The property has two dwellings that can accommodate a maximum of 20 people. They are located side-by-side and both face the lake with sweeping waterfront views.
The original 1905 Farmhouse has been fully restored and includes all the modern amenities. This includes central AC/Heat, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry machines, a grill, and access to high speed wireless Internet. The Farm House has 4 bedrooms (4 queens and a bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a Florida room. It can sleep up to 10. The expansive deck overlooking Sunset Lake is a great place to cook out, relax, and enjoy the view.
The Annex is also recently restored. We added central air and heat, a full kitchen, 1 ½ bathrooms, and a living room with cable TV and DVD. The sleeping quarters consist of 1 queen, a twin, and 3 bunk beds and can sleep 9. An upper level deck offers spectacular views of Sunset Lake.
The sandy waterfront has a private dock, deck area, and access to a swimming raft, a canoe, 2 kayaks, a Sunfish sailboat, and a pedal boat. A sandy beach is maintained for young children and easy access to all the boats. A pontoon boat is also available for rent.
The sweeping lawn & sports field offers alternative outdoor activities. We include basketball, volleyball, badminton, horse shoes, croquet, and bocce ball.
Bedding is included with this property. Towels are not included. No pets or smoking allowed.
