This property is perfect for groups up to 10 people. The original 1905 Farmhouse has been fully restored and includes all the modern amenities. This includes central AC/Heat, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry machines, a grill, and access to high speed wireless Internet. The Farm House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a Florida room. It can sleep up to 10. The large deck overlooking Sunset Lake is a great place to cook out.
The waterfront has a private dock, deck area, and access to a swimming raft, 2 kayaks, a Sunfish sailboat, and a pedal boat. A sandy beach is maintained for young children and easy access to all the boats. A pontoon boat and fishing boat are also available for rent. Bedding is included with this property. Towels are not included. No pets or smoking allowed.
