This property is perfect for groups up to 10 people. The original 1905 Farmhouse has been totally updated and includes all the modern amenities. This includes central AC/Heat, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry machines, a grill, and access to high speed wireless Internet. The Farm House has 4 bedrooms (4 queens and a bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a Florida room. The expansive deck overlooking Sunset Lake is a great place to cook out, relax, and enjoy the view.
The sandy waterfront has a private dock, deck area, and access to a swimming raft, a canoe, 2 kayaks, a Sunfish sailboat, and a pedal boat. A sandy beach is maintained for young children and easy access to all the boats. A pontoon boat is also available for rent.
The sweeping lawn & sports field offers alternative outdoor activities. We include basketball, volleyball, badminton, horse shoes, croquet, and bocce ball.
Bedding is included with this property. Towels are not included. No pets or smoking allowed.
